About the wood we use:
Our wood is obtained from Northwest Sustainable Woods, a non-profit based in Portland. All wood is directly sourced from small, family-owned mills who harvest sustainably in Oregon. This means your piece will be made of unique, one-of-kind wood used exclusively in the Pacific Northwest. Due to the high volume and handmade nature of our products, all orders take
3-4 weeks from order date to ship. Custom orders take 4-6 weeks from order date to ship. All Packages are insured and will be replaced if damaged or lost in mail. All packages are shipped with usps parcel select or fedex home delivery depending on size of order. To make a damage claim please send a picture and description of damage via Etsy messages.
